About the role.
Wagner Corporation has an exciting new role opening for a Land Sales and Marketing professional to take the lead on a new project opportunity. This role will be responsible for consulting and coordinating with key stakeholders to successfully market, contract and finalise land sales of the Gainsborough Lodge subdivision, which will cater for more than 1000 new residents to the Wellcamp region.

About You
You will need to utilise your key stakeholder management skills to coordinate with external businesses, marketing agents, and internal business partners to support families purchasing in the area and assist their dreams becoming a reality. A key skillset we are looking for is the proven ability to relate and build rapport with a broad range of individuals, businesses and stakeholders.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Utilise contacts, platforms, and skills to identify new clients and opportunities, and convert them into sales and ongoing business.
  • Build and maintain active relationships with existing partners.
  • Recommend and implement marketing campaigns and strategies for the development.
  • Actively seek out opportunities and leads.
  • Clearly communicate the vision of the development in a manner that actively engages perspective clients.
  • Embody an entrepreneurial style that ensures property sales and leases are proactively signed.
  • Managing the development CRM from initial leads to after sales service.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with business strategy.
  • Coordination of the design and production of marketing material, communications and sales activities. 
  • Analysis of competitor projects to gain insight into the current market trends.
  • Preparing reports, budgets and forecasts for the development.
  • Managing and maintaining the onsite sales office.
  • Administrative functions and record keeping.

Skills and experience:

  • Current Real Estate Agent Licence or Registration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, with industry knowledge an advantage. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communications skills and proven influencing capabilities.
  • Strong drive and ambition to succeed.
  • High attention to detail with impeccable organisation and time management.
  • Demonstrated application of sales and marketing techniques and frameworks.
  • Confident user of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self motivated and customer focused.
  • Proven record of achieving results though influencing, communication and relationship skills.
